How do we quote and work?
Every job starts with a conversation. You tell us what needs cleaning and send photos, and we may call round to look at the area. We then give a written quote that names the surfaces, the method and what is included.
On the day we protect plants, doors and drains, clean in a steady order and rinse everything away. We use higher pressure on hard paving and soft wash methods on walls, roofs and wood. Before we leave, we walk the job with you and talk through the result. If something is not right, say so and we will talk about it.
